Early Ford V8 Clubs in Australia

Australia has a number of clubs dedicated to the authentic restoration, use and exhibition of Ford products of the years 1932-1954 (inclusive). The clubs focus on the genuine standard production vehicle in that it must be of the same chassis, body upholstery, colour, engine year and parts as that which the Ford Motor Company offered in that particular year of the vehicle's production.

The Queensland Early Ford V8 Club is based in Brisbane, Queensland.

The Early Ford V8 Club of Victoria is based in Melbourne, Victoria.

The South Australia Early Ford V8 Club is based in Adelaide, South Australia.


The Early Ford V8 National Rally

The National Rally is hosted by one of the Early Ford V8 Clubs every two years and the Rally is held to promote the interstate cooperation of Clubs and the getting together of members, guests and the public to display the Early Ford V8s.

In 2000, the 7th Early Ford V8 National Rally was hosted by the Early Ford V8 Club of Victoria at Bendigo.

In 2002, the 8th Early Ford V8 National Rally was held in Hahndorf, South Australia, hosted by the South Australian Early Ford V8 Club.

In 2004, the 9th Early Ford V8 National Rally was held in Broadbeach, Gold Coast, Queensland hosted by the Queensland Early Ford V8 Club.

The 2006 10th Early Ford V8 National Rally is planned to be held in Bathurst, New South Wales, Australia 27-30 October 2006, hosted by the New South Wales Early Ford V8 Club.

The 2008 11th Early Ford V8 National Rally is planned to be held in Victoria and it will be hosted by the Early Ford V8 Club of Victoria.
